It was decided to open an investigation into the railway accident that occurred on 16.03.2025, at 21:25, in the area of activity of the Regional Branch CF Cluj, Cluj Napoca - Oradea traffic section, between CFR Tileagd station and Oșorhei station, at km 642+500, in the movement of freight train no. 66103 (belonging to the rail transport operator SNTFM "CFR Marfă" SA), by derailment of wagon no. 31533541048-8, the 14th wagon of the train, from the second bogie in the direction of travel.

It was decided to open an investigation into the railway accident that occurred on 25.02.2025, at 20:20, in the area of activity of the Regional Branch CF Constanța, Palas - Constanța traffic section, in the CFR Constanța Mărfuri station at km 1+040, during the movement of freight train no. 66362 (belonging to the rail transport operator SC Grup Feroviar Român SA), by derailment of wagon no.89536950190-6 (the 14th of the composition, derailed from the first axle of the first bogie, in the direction of travel), in the area of the track interchange no.9.

It was decided to open an investigation into the serious rail accident that occurred on 19.02.2025, in the area of activity of the Regional Branch CF Craiova, Roșiori Nord - Caracal traffic section, in the station Mihăești, in the movement of freight trains no.58572 (belonging to the rail operator SC PIMK Rail SRL) and no.57306 (belonging to the rail transport operator SC Rail Cargo Carrier SRL), by derailing the last wagons of freight train No 57306, which subsequently collided with locomotive ES 008 towing freight train No 58572, resulting in the death of one person.

(belonging to the rail transport operator SNTFM "CFR Marfă" SA), by derailing the first bogie, in the direction of travel, of wagon no.81536653750-5 located 13th from the safety.

INVESTIGATION REPORT for the railway incident occurred on 20.10.2024, at 11:42, within the area of activity of the Bucharest CF Regional Branch, on the Videle - Bucharest North section (electrified double line), on the distance between Zavestreni - Gradinari station, by the hitting of the inductors of 500Hz signal YF and 1000/2000 Hz signal Pr YF, by the vertical damper 2 of the locomotive EA 789 which towed the passenger train nr.9002 (belonging to the rail transport operator SNTFC "CFR Călători" SA).

(belonging to the rail freight operator Grup Feroviar Român SA), by derailing wagon no.835379631228 from the first bogie in the direction of travel.
