It was decided to open an investigation into the railway accident that occurred on 07.09.2024, at 15:30, within the area of activity of the Regional Branch CF Constanța, Medgidia - Constanța (double line, electrified), in Valu lui Traian station, at km 215+350, in the movement of freight train no.68502006 (belonging to the rail operator SC Constantin Grup SRL), by derailment of the 22nd wagon from the first bogie in the direction of travel.

It was decided to open an investigation into the railway accident that occurred on 01.09.2024, at 15:30, within the area of activity of the Bucharest CF Regional Branch, Giurgiu Nord - Videle traffic section (single non-electrified line, except for the Rădulești - Videle distance which is electrified), at the exit of freight train no. 40712 001 (belonging to the rail transport operator SC Rail Cargo CARRIER - Romania SRL), from line no. 5 at the Rădulești station, by derailing both axles of the last bogie, in the direction of travel, from the 7th wagon of the train.

It was decided to open an investigation for the railway incident that occurred on 29.08.2024, 06:50 hours, within the area of activity of the Regional Branch CF Craiova, on the Roșiori Nord - Videle (electrified double line), between CFR Olteni station and Hm Ciolpani, by hitting 10 track inductors, by a shock absorber from the locomotive EA 397 that towed the passenger train no. 9900 (belonging to the railway operator SNTFC "CFR Călători" SA.

INVESTIGATION REPORT regarding for the railway accident occurred on 01.09.2023, 06:20, within the area of activity of the Regional Branch CF Cluj, traffic section Oradea - Salonta (simple non-electrified line), between the movement stops Leș Bihor and Oradea West, at km.108. + 200, in the movement of the passenger train Regio No 3111 (belonging to the railway operator SNTFC "CFR Călători" SA), consisting of the railcars No 9553978-1008-1 and No 9553978-1009-9, when a fire broke out in the railcar No 9553978-1008-1, which was the second in the train, and subsequently spread to the other railcar.

INVESTIGATION REPORT regarding for the railway incident occurred on 21.06.2024, at 09:10, within the area of activity of the Bucharest CF Regional Branch, Bucharest - Ploiești traffic section (electrified double line), in the CFR Chitila station, by the erroneous execution of the outbound run of passenger train no.13905 (belonging to the rail passenger transport operator SNTFC "CFR Călători" SA), namely by sending it from line no.4 in the direction of Bucharest North on track II instead of track III.

INVESTIGATION REPORT for the railway incident occurred on 09.12.2023, at 01:55, within the area of activity of the Regional Branch CF Craiova, Videle - Roșiori Nord (electrified double line), in the Gălăteni station, by the escape of freight train no.68202 (belonging to the rail transport operator SC Vest Trans Rail SRL) towed by locomotive EA 079, which was parked on track no. 5, in the direction of CFR Olteni station, exceeding the safety mark, hitting the track gauge of the track gauge no. 14 and stopping it over the track gauge no. 10.
