It has been decided to open an investigation for the railway accident occurred on 07.01.2023, 02:20, within the area of activity of the Regional Branch CF Cluj, Războieni - Cluj Napoca traffic section (double line, electrified), in the CFR Câmpia Turzii station, over the diagonal between track switches 19 and 65 at the X end, at km.449. +678, during the movement of freight train No 56004 (belonging to the railway operator SNTFM "CFR Marfă" SA), towed by locomotives EA 068 (the holder) and EA 533 (the pusher), by derailing wagon No 31537982021-2 from both axles of the second bogie in the direction of travel.

It has been decided to open an investigation for the railway accident occurred on 01.12.2022, 09:41, within the area of activity of the Regional Railway Branch Galati, Buzău - Mărășești traffic section (double line, electrified), between CFR Gugești and Sihlea stations, on track II, at km 180+800, by collision between freight train no.57402 (belonging to the rail transport operator SC Tim Rail Cargo SRL) and freight train No 66706 (belonging to the rail transport operator SC Deutsche Bahn Cargo Romania SRL).

It has been decided to open an investigation for the railway incident occurred on 02.07.2022, 03:26, and observed on 25.11.2022, within the area of activity of the CF Bucharest Regional Branch, on the Brașov - Ploiești traffic section (electrified double line), between Florești Prahova and Buda stations, concerning the exceeding of the maximum speed set for the train category by freight train no.66005. towed by locomotive ED 079 (belonging to the rail transport operator SNTFM "CFR Marfă" SA).
