It has been decided to open an investigation into the railway incident that occurred on March 26, 2026, at 4:07 p.m., within the operational area of the Galați Regional Railway Branch, at the Barboși railway station, involving the dispatch of passenger train No. 11078 (operated by the rail transport operator Regio Călători SRL) toward Vădeni instead of Șendreni, classified as a “train traffic incident.”

It has been decided to open an investigation into the railway accident that occurred on March 25, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., within the operational area of the Bucharest Regional Railway Branch, at the Bucharest North Railway Station, involving a collision between passenger train No. 8121 (belonging to the rail transport operator SNTFC “CFR Călători” SA), which was dispatched from track No. 11, and train No. 28915 (belonging to the rail transport operator INTERREGIONAL CALATORI SRL).

It has been decided to open an investigation into the railway accident that occurred on March 17, 2026, at 8:55 p.m., within the operational area of the Timișoara Regional Railway Branch, Ilia–Lugoj traffic section (single-track, non-electrified line), between the Holdea passing loop and the Margina railway station, at km 28 + 570, during the operation of passenger train No. 1833 017 (belonging to the rail transport operator SNTFC “CFR Călători” SA), due to the derailment of the first two axles of the first bogie, in the direction of travel, of the GM 920 locomotive pulling the train.
