It was decided to open an investigation into the railway incident occurred on 16.06.2024, and reported on 10.07.2024, within the radius of activity of the Regional Branch CF Craiova, Roșiori Nord - Caracal traffic section, on the distance Fărcașele - Caracal and found during the reading and interpretation of IVMS data of locomotive EA 006, regarding the exceeding of the maximum speed set by the movement order from km 153+900 to km 155+300, by freight train no. 67204015 (belonging to the rail freight operator SC Vest Trans Rail SRL).

It was decided to open an investigation into the railway incident occurred on 21.06.2024, at 09:10, within the area of activity of the Bucharest CF Regional Branch, Bucharest - Ploiești traffic section (electrified double line), in the CFR Chitila station, by the erroneous execution of the outbound run of passenger train no.13905 (belonging to the rail passenger transport operator SNTFC "CFR Călători" SA), namely by sending it from line no.4 in the direction of Bucharest North on track II instead of track III.

It has been decided to open an investigation for the railway accident occurred on 11.06.2024, 16:24, within the area of activity of the Regional Branch CF Craiova, Roșiori Nord-Videle section (electrified double line), between CFR Roșiori Nord station and Atârnați stop, on track II, at km 94+807, during the movement of passenger train no.1596. (belonging to the rail transport operator SNTFC "CFR Călători" SA), consisting of three passenger wagons and towed by locomotive EA 402, by derailing the last two wagons of the composition (the second bogie, in the direction of travel, from each wagon).

INVESTIGATION REPORT for the railway incident occurred on 16.04.2024 at 19:51, within the area of activity of the Regional Branch CF Constanta, on the traffic section Ciulnița - Fetești, (electrified double line) in the station CFR Jegălia, by hitting the compensating counterweight of the pole LC SH 59 located at km.127 +800 by the door of wagon No.61538487004-9 of passenger train No.1887 (belonging to the railway passenger transport operator SNTFC ,,CFR CĂLĂTORI" SA).

INVESTIGATION REPORT for the railway incident occurred on 21.03.2024 and reported on 11.04.2024, within the area of activity of the Bucharest Regional CF Branch, Rădulești - Giurgiu Nord traffic section, on the Toporu - Giurgiu Nord distance, and found during the reading and interpretation of the IVMS data of locomotive GM 1384 belonging to the Bucharest Passenger Depot, regarding the exceeding of the maximum speed allowed, imposed by the 50 km/h speed restriction, by passenger train no.1095. towed by locomotive GM 1384 (belonging to the rail passenger transport operator SNTFC "CFR Călători" SA).

INVESTIGATION REPORT for the railway incident occurred on 04.04.2024, and reported at 10:45, within the area of activity of the Regional CF Bucharest Branch, on the Rădulești - Giurgiu Nord traffic section, in the Târnavele movement halt, by hitting some track inductors by the residue collection tank, detached from DA 1502, which towed freight train no.61356 (belonging to the rail freight operator SC Grup Feroviar Român SA).

INVESTIGATION REPORT regarding the railway accident that occurred on 17.05.2023, around 02:57, within the area of activity of the Bucharest Regional CF Branch, Rădulești - Giurgiu Nord traffic section, between CFR Toporu station and Chiriacu stop (non-electrified single line), at km 31+173,5, by collision between locomotive DA 1692, running as freight train no.79562 (belonging to the rail transport operator SC UNITED RAILWAYS SRL) and the isolated locomotive DA 1566, running as freight train No 88342 (belonging to the rail transport operator SC Rail Cargo CARRIER - Romania SRL).
