It was decided to open an investigation into the railway incident that occurred on January 2, 2026, at 8:30 a.m., within the area of activity of the Bucharest Regional Railway Branch, at the Bucharest North railway station, due to damage to the fuse boxes for the heaters of switches 6/8 and 48, caused by an open door on railcar AM 5727 of passenger train no. 10051 belonging to the railway transport operator Transferoviar Călători SRL.

It was decided to open an investigation into the railway incident that occurred on December 28, 2025, at 5:56 p.m., within the area of activity of the Craiova Regional Railway Branch, on the Caracal – Piatra Olt section (single non-electrified line), at the Romula station, when freight train no. 67216, pulled by locomotive DA 2008 (belonging to the railway transport operator Vest Trans Rail SRL) and continuing its journey on the Romula – Vlăduleni line, which was occupied by passenger train Regio no. 2522 (belonging to the railway transport operator SNTFC "CFR Călători" SA).

It was decided to open an investigation into the railway incident that occurred on December 22, 2025, at 7:15 p.m., within the area of activity of the Bucharest Regional Railway Branch, at the Bucharest North railway station, due to damage to the distribution boxes for switch heaters nos. 5, 9, 10, and 11 by the last car of passenger train no. 1654 (belonging to the railway transport operator SNTFC "CFR Călători" SA).
