It was decided to open an investigation into the railway incident that occurred on January 28, 2026, at 1:02 p.m., within the area of activity of the Brașov Regional Railway Branch, Deda – Târgu Mureș traffic section (single non-electrified line) at the Târgu Mureș railway station, when passenger train Regio no. 10524, consisting of railcar DW 582 (belonging to the interregional passenger rail transport operator Interregional Călători SRL), passed the Y entry signal, which was in the "stop" position.

It was decided to open an investigation into the railway incident that occurred on January 23, 2026, at 9:24 p.m., within the area of activity of the Timișoara Regional Railway Branch, Simeria–Arad traffic section (double electrified line), when passenger train no. 521 023 (belonging to the railway transport operator SNTFC "CFR Călători" SA) passed the X entry light signal at the Câmpuri Surduc movement stop, which had the indication "red – stop without passing the signal."

The opening of an investigation was decided regarding the railway incident that occurred on 18.01.2026, at 07:40, within the area of activity of the Timișoara Regional Railway Branch, the Timișoara Nord – Lugoj traffic section (single-track, non-electrified line), at CFR Buziaș station, caused by the erroneous execution of the departure route of passenger train Interregio no. 1831 (belonging to the transport operator SNTFC CFR „Călători” SA), which led to the trailing of switch no. 3.
