It was decided to open an investigation into the railway incident that occurred on November 6, 2025, at 12:35 p.m., within the area of activity of the Timișoara Regional Railway Branch, Caransebeș–Orșova traffic section (single, electrified line), between the Topleț and Valea Cernei stops, at km. 396+800, when freight train no. 57758, towed by locomotive EA 086 (belonging to the rail transport operator Transferoviar Grup SA), collided with a metal winch.

It was decided to open an investigation into the railway incident that occurred on October 29, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., within the area of activity of the Constanța Regional Railway Branch, Ciulnița - Lehliu traffic section (double electrified line) at the Dragoș Vodă railway station, by dispatching freight train no. 56516 (belonging to the rail transport operator Deutsche Bahn Cargo Romania SRL), which resulted in the X1 signal being passed in the stop position and the collision of switch no. 10.

It was decided to open an investigation into the railway incident that occurred on October 22, 2025, at 7:10 p.m., within the area of activity of the Cluj Regional Railway Branch, Oradea-Aleșd traffic section (non-electrified double track), between the CFR Oradea and Oradea Est stations, on track I at km 651+522, when freight train no. 67754, pulled by locomotive DA1593 (belonging to the rail transport operator Transferoviar Grup SA), hit a H 240 metal profile used to support the embankment.
