It was decided to open an investigation into the railway incident that occurred on November 6, 2025, at 12:35 p.m., within the area of activity of the Timișoara Regional Railway Branch, Caransebeș–Orșova traffic section (single, electrified line), between the Topleț and Valea Cernei stops, at km. 396+800, when freight train no. 57758, towed by locomotive EA 086 (belonging to the rail transport operator Transferoviar Grup SA), collided with a metal winch.

It was decided to open an investigation into the railway incident that occurred on October 29, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., within the area of activity of the Constanța Regional Railway Branch, Ciulnița - Lehliu traffic section (double electrified line) at the Dragoș Vodă railway station, by dispatching freight train no. 56516 (belonging to the rail transport operator Deutsche Bahn Cargo Romania SRL), which resulted in the X1 signal being passed in the stop position and the collision of switch no. 10.

INVESTIGATION REPORT regarding for the railway incident occurred on 28.04.2025, 06:45, in the area of activity of the Regional Branch CF Craiova, on the Filiași-Craiova section (electrified double line), between CFR Filiași and Craiova stations, by hitting several track inductors, by a piece of the EC 032 locomotive from the Regio passenger train Regio no.2092 (belonging to the rail transport operator SNTFC “CFR Călători” SA).

INVESTIGATION REPORT regarding for the railway incident that occurred on 19 July 2025, at 16:35, within the area of activity of the Galați Regional Railway Branch, Adjud – Onești traffic section (double electrified line), on the II Urechești – Adjud and track I Urechești – Căiuți, due to the collision and damage of four track inductors by the shock absorber detached from locomotive EA 403, which was towing passenger train Regio no. 5202 (belonging to the railway transport operator SNTFC "CFR Călători" SA).
