It was decided to open an investigation into the railway accident that occurred on December 13, 2025, at 3:35 a.m., within the area of activity of the Timișoara Regional Railway Branch, Șărmășag - Carei (single non-electrified line), between the Acâș and Tășnad stations, at km 33+460, during the movement of freight train no. 60705 413 (belonging to the railway transport operator SNTFM "CFR Marfă" SA), by causing a fire in the DA 1092 locomotive towing the train.

It was decided to open an investigation into the railway incident that occurred on December 13, 2025, at 5:45 a.m., within the area of activity of the Timișoara Regional Railway Branch, Simeria - Arad (double electrified line) in the Câmpuri Surduc movement halt, by exceeding the X entry light signal, which was in the "stop" position, by freight train no. 67426 towed by locomotive EA 059 (belonging to the rail freight operator PSP Cargo Group SA).

INVESTIGATION REPORT regarding for the railway incident occurred on 28.04.2025, 06:45, in the area of activity of the Regional Branch CF Craiova, on the Filiași-Craiova section (electrified double line), between CFR Filiași and Craiova stations, by hitting several track inductors, by a piece of the EC 032 locomotive from the Regio passenger train Regio no.2092 (belonging to the rail transport operator SNTFC “CFR Călători” SA).
