ROMANIAN RAILWAY INVESTIGATING AGENCY

It was decided to open an investigation into the accident that occurred on October 10, 2025, at 10:46 p.m., within the area of activity of the Bucharest Regional Branch, Titan Sud traffic section - Oltenița (single track, non-electrified, non-interoperable - managed by Transferoviar Infrastructură Neinteroperabilă SRL), between the CFR Oltenița station and the Budești halt, at the level crossing at km. 76+220, equipped with type B barriers in the "open" position, during the movement of passenger train Regio no. 10291 (belonging to the railway transport operator Transferoviar Călători SRL), by surprising and hitting a car.

It was decided to open an investigation into the railway incident that occurred on October 5, 2025, at 11:50 a.m., within the area of activity of the Bucharest Regional Railway Branch, at the Bucharest North railway station, involving passenger train no. 10113 (belonging to the rail transport operator Transferoviar Călători SRL) in the direction of Chitila instead of Pajura.
