RAPORTUL DE INVESTIGARE pentru incidentul feroviar produs la data 20.10.2024, ora 11:42, pe raza de activitate a Sucursalei Regionale CF București, pe secția de circulație Videle — București Nord (linie dublă electrificată), pe distanta hm Zavestreni - statia Gradinari, prin lovirea inductorilor de 500Hz semnal YF și 1000/2000 Hz semnal Pr YF, de către amortizorul vertical 2 de la locomotiva EA 789 ce a remorcat trenul de călători nr.9002 (aparținând operatorului de transport feroviar SNTFC „CFR Călători” SA).
INVESTIGATION REPORT for the railway incident occurred on 20.10.2024, at 11:42, within the area of activity of the Bucharest CF Regional Branch, on the Videle - Bucharest North section (electrified double line), on the distance hm Zavestreni - Gradinari station, by the hitting of the inductors of 500Hz signal YF and 1000/2000 Hz signal Pr YF, by the vertical damper 2 of the locomotive EA 789 which towed the passenger train nr.9002 (belonging to the rail transport operator SNTFC "CFR Călători" SA).
