S-a decis deschiderea unei investigații pentru accidentul feroviar produs la data de 25.02.2025, ora 20:20, pe raza de activitate a Sucursalei Regionale CF Constanța, secția de circulație Palas – Constanța, în stația CFR Constanța Mărfuri la km 1+040, în circulația trenului de marfă nr.66362 (aparținând operatorului de transport feroviar SC Grup Feroviar Român SA), prin deraierea vagonului nr.89536950190-6 (al 14-lea din compunere, deraiat de prima osie de la primul boghiu, în sensul de mers), în zona schimbătorului de cale nr.9.

It was decided to open an investigation into the railway accident that occurred on 25.02.2025, at 20:20, in the area of activity of the Regional Branch CF Constanța, Palas - Constanța traffic section, in the CFR Constanța Mărfuri station at km 1+040, during the movement of freight train no. 66362 (belonging to the rail transport operator SC Grup Feroviar Român SA), by derailment of wagon no.89536950190-6 (the 14th of the composition, derailed from the first axle of the first bogie, in the direction of travel), in the area of the track interchange no.9.
