S-a decis deschiderea unei investigații pentru incidentul produs la data de 04.05.2025, în jurul orei 14:15, pe raza de activitate a Sucursalei Regionale CF Constanța, în stația CFR Constanța, la manevra de regarare prin împingere a garniturii trenului de călători nr.1687 004 (compus din 7 vagoane + locomotiva LEMA 004), la linia 1 ocupată cu garnitura trenului de călători nr.1586 (5 vagoane fără locomotivă), incident manifestat prin tamponarea violentă a celor doua garnituri, (materialul rulant și personalul care a efectuat manevra aparțin operatorului de transport feroviar de călători SNTFC „CFR Călători” SA).

It was decided to open an investigation into the incident that occurred on 04.05.2025, around 14:15, within the area of activity of the Regional Branch CF Constanța, in the CFR Constanța station, during the pushing and shoving maneuver of the passenger train No.1687 004 (composed of 7 coaches + locomotive LEMA 004), on line 1 occupied by the passenger train no.1586 (5 coaches without locomotive), an incident manifested by the violent collision of the two trains (the rolling stock and the personnel who performed the maneuver belong to the passenger rail transport operator SNTFC “CFR Călători” SA).
