S-a decis deschiderea unei investigații pentru accidentul feroviar produs la data de 25.07.2025, ora 15:14, pe raza de activitate a Sucursalei Regionale CF București, în stația CFR București Triaj, Post 17, zona schimbătorului de cale nr.23, în circulația trenului de marfă nr.66558 024 (aparținând operatorului de transport feroviar Deutsche Bahn Cargo Romania SRL), prin deraierea primei osii, în sensul de mers, a locomotivei EA 082 de remorcare a trenului.

It was decided to open an investigation into the railway accident that occurred on 25 July 2025, at 15:14, within the area of activity of the Bucharest Regional Railway Branch, at the Bucharest Triaj railway station, Post 17, track switch area no. 23, during the movement of freight train no. 66558 024 (belonging to the rail transport operator Deutsche Bahn Cargo Romania SRL), due to the derailment of the first axle, in the direction of travel, of the EA 082 locomotive towing the train.
