S-a decis deschiderea unei investigații pentru accidentul feroviar produs la data 04.08.2025, pe raza de activitate a Sucursalei Regionale CF Iași, secția de circulație Hârlău – Podu Iloaiei (linie simplă, neelectrificată, neinteroperabilă - gestionată de RC-CF Brașov), între stația CFR Hârlău și halta de mișcare Belcești, în circulația trenului de călători Regio nr.11400 004 (aparținând operatorului de transport feroviar de călători Regio Calatori SRL), format din automotorul AMX 571, prin deraierea osiei nr.3, în sensul de mers al automotorului.

It was decided to open an investigation into the railway accident that occurred on 04.08.2025, within the area of activity of the Iași Regional Branch of the Romanian Railways, on the Hârlău – Podu Iloaiei section (single track, non-electrified, non-interoperable – managed by RC-CF Brașov), between the CFR Hârlău station and the Belcești halt, during the movement of passenger train Regio no. 11400 004 (belonging to the passenger rail transport operator Regio Calatori SRL), consisting of the AMX 571 railcar, due to the derailment of axle no. 3, in the direction of travel of the railcar.
