Raportul de investigare pentru accidentul feroviar produs la data de 21.07.2021, ora 14:05, pe raza de activitate a Sucursalei Regionala CF Constanța, secția de circulație București - Constanța (linie dublă electrificată), în stația CFR Fetești, capătul X, în circulația trenului de marfă nr.64288 (aparținând operatorului de transport feroviar SC ROFERSPED SA), prin deraierea a trei vagoane din compunere (vagonul nr.31539337010-3 al 8-lea vagon deraiat de toate osiile și înclinat, vagonul nr.31539332040-5 al 9-lea deraiat de toate osiile și înclinat și vagonul nr.31539333491-9 al 15-lea deraiat de primul boghiu în sensul de mers).
Investigation report for the railway accident that occurred on 21.07.2021, at 14:05, in the area of activity of the Regional Branch CF Constanta, Bucharest - Constanta traffic section (electrified double line), in the CFR Fetești station, end X, in the movement of freight train no.64288 (belonging to the rail transport operator SC ROFERSPED SA), by derailment of three wagons (wagon no.31539337010-3 the 8th wagon derailed from all the axles and tilted, wagon no.31539332040-5 the 9th wagon derailed from all the axles and tilted and wagon no.31539333491-9 the 15th wagon derailed from the first bogie in the direction of travel).
